Primary Purpose of Position:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the credit union’s marketing efforts, with a focus on email marketing, content creation, and marketing automation. This role involves crafting compelling campaigns, managing blog and content strategies, executing workflows using CRM marketing automation tools, and driving engagement across digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, along with exceptional writing and storytelling skills. Education and Work Experience | |
• | Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication or a related field. |
• | 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies (required). |
• | Minimum one year experience in a leadership role |
• | Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing across various platforms (e.g., web, email, social media, blogs). |
• | Advanced knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Creatio a plus, HubSpot, Marketo). |
• | Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management. |
